How long is the Founding Producer offer available?
The Founding Producer tier (12 months free, then £5/month) is available for the first 100 businesses who sign up, or up to 14 days after launch—whichever comes first.
What happens after the free trial?
After your free trial period ends, your subscription will automatically continue at your locked-in monthly rate (£5 for Founding Producer, £10 for Front-Runner or Core Listing). You can cancel anytime.
Are there any transaction fees?
When marketplace functionality launches, Founding Producers pay 4% per sale and Front-Runner / Core Listing tiers pay 5% per sale, plus the standard Stripe processing fee. Your monthly subscription covers your directory listing and profile features.
Can I switch tiers later?
No. The tier you sign up with locks in your pricing forever. This rewards early supporters and ensures pricing transparency. However, all tiers get the exact same features.
What if Founding Producer fills up?
Once the first 100 spots are taken, new signups automatically move to the Front-Runner tier (3 months free, then £10/month). After 150 Front-Runner spots fill, everyone pays Core Listing pricing.
How does the verification process work?
Our team manually reviews each business to ensure they meet our British-grown standards. This typically takes 2-3 business days. You'll receive your Verified British badge after approval.
